Annapolis Transformation

With a series of strategic additions, this modest one-story home was entirely reimagined to add a second floor, basement, and a central circulation hall. The new front porch provides an inviting elevation at the street, while the large kitchen, family room, and outdoor space welcome guests to flow throughout the home. The existing garage was also transformed into a guest house that compliments the main home. Extensive coordination with the City of Annapolis ensured the design aesthetic suited this beautiful historic district neighborhood.
