Cleveland Park Restoration

Despite its quiet appearance, this home is ready to shine once again. A large front and side addition, along with a rework of the front facade, required extensive coordination with the Cleveland Park Historic District, DC’s Historic Preservation Review Board, and neighborhood review committees. Historical research and documentation of existing features provided a solid case for approval. The end result is a stunning transformation of the home into a grand entertaining space.
