Ashburn Open-air Addition

This renovated kitchen and outdoor space creates a more seamless connection between the two spaces — offering expansive seating, cooking, and storage with better flow to surrounding spaces. The sunroom, with a series of folding windows and doors, transforms to a grand indoor/outdoor space providing an ideal space for gathering and entertaining. Lowering the sunroom to the ground level improves the flow and created a dramatic ceiling height. An open roof deck above the addition provides private outdoor space with sweeping views.
